What’s a movie that you feel seen as a queer/trans person? I’ll go first, Imagine Me and You.

Never heard of it but added it to my list! What identity did it help you feel seen with if you don’t mind me asking?

Absolutely beautiful film. My chest felt heavy for months after my first watch, it was hard to breathe. Such a shame people see it as a meme.

I always cry every time I watch it. My boyfriend and I are both trans guys and we love that movie so much. We feel very lucky to be living the like Jack and Ennis couldn’t. (We have a little farm and tend to animals and I do the rodeo.)

This heals every wound I felt from watching that movie. Thanks for sharing, that’s wonderful.

Like, I even work as a ranch hand and was inspired to go into this work because of the movie

I used to love Harry Potter, it’s unfortunate JKR hates our community though. Is there a specific reason it made you feel seen?
