If you sexualize every person you see then you are a pdf and an overall predator

Who the hell is arguing that that’s OK. I’ve only seen people arguing that it’s tacitly OK in spaces that are adult centered.

Generally yes but when it comes to locker rooms ppl are gonna be changing or going to shower, as long as everyone is minding their business and not being weird there’s nothing wrong with that

the way I have #4 blocked from another post for their shit/uneducated takes and they’re the only one agreeing with OP lmao. y’all are just taking the added nuance and misinterpreting it so you can be mad instead of challenging your preconceptions.

having your literal sex organs out is inherently sexual???

No it’s literally not. That’s sexualizing someone and following western societal norms. The sexualization of the human body is relatively recent

if someone went around my kid with their dick out then i would call the cops and have them arrested immediately and if you wouldn’t do the same then i believe you are truly a sick and evil human being

No one said they wouldn’t?! I’m quite literally a survivor of CSA. But the over sexualization of the human body is what got us here

I don’t think anybody is arguing that in our current society, it is OK to pull your dick out in front of a kid. Why the fuck would anybody argue otherwise? Of course, most people would call the cops

and yet when someone brings up how nudity at pride parades (which are usually outside which is public or explicitly claim to be family friendly) yall act like its not a problem???? if it’s not okay for a person to do just out and about then it shouldn’t be at these pride events.

Legitimately how many fully nude people are you seeing at pride? Like I’ve never seen someone fully nude. I’ve seen breasts but if men can be topless so can women. So apparently your area has a nudity problem

a person came on here talking about experiences they have had and people defended the public nudity. i do agree that being topless isn’t inherently sexual and shouldn’t be seen as such btw i do want to make that clear

No one is arguing that it’s not problem if it is that an event that clearly states that it is for children or child friendly at that point you’re deeply in pedophile territory.

I’ve seen at least two people say that it should be okay to show your genitals to anyone because it’s not sexual, but then they say kids are an exception because then it would be sexual, it’s confusing

Like you can’t have both, either being naked around strangers who didn’t consent is chill and natural (how I wish it could be but our society is too fucked for that), or it’s not okay for anyone who isn’t consenting (which includes children, they literally can’t consent)

its also just the public nudity in general though. anyone can see these parades when they are out in the open even if they aren’t marketed towards children. protecting children should be a top priority. if you are going to act in a sexual manner you need to be mindful of who could see it and if theres a possibility of a non consenting person witnessing it then dont do it. that is a responsible and right thing to do.

That’s not confusing tho? We are saying that it should be fine for people to exist in their natural bodies but we can’t bc society has sexualizes children and all of us. The issue isn’t our body parts, it’s our society that sexualizes children that’s the problem

upvote 8 downvote

Anonymous replying to -> #3 1d

Society doesn’t just sexualize children it sexualizes all of us. It’s not normal to be nude in public because that’s viewed as sexual, and involving people who haven’t consented (adults who haven’t consented plus children) is viewed as sexual harassment

its also never just body parts. if you cant see that sex organs are sexual then i do think you need genuine psychological help but other than that its the kink. public kink is disgusting. other people do not consent to it. especially children.

I mean not everyone views nudity as being inherently sexual, it can be neutral or artistic in certain contexts. But just being naked walking around a grocery store is viewed as sexual by most people due to the way our society is structured

I don’t really get why people think it’s not okay to expose yourself to children (I agree with that btw) but totally fine to do the same to adults who haven’t consented to it, I’d love an explanation on what the difference is, the whole point of not doing sexual things with children is that they *cant consent*

upvote 15 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #5 1d

But yeah theres typically a difference between the “family friendly” events and the 21+ events at pride, its usually at a different time or location, you wouldn’t take a baby to a bar crawl, there should be security checking ids for the tents/events that allow nudity/alc

there is a distinct difference between “naked” and “naked and sexual.” it’s also difficult to take your discussion of this topic seriously because you refuse to even say the word pedophile/pedophilia. you’re not seriously engaging with this issue. you’re laundering queerphobic talking points.
