Sometimes I can’t tell if I’m gradually detransitioning or if I’m still just genderfluid Like I still have dysphoria but I have that no matter what I present as just in different ways

I’ve thought about detransitioning for a while for social safety reasons but it feels kinda natural but also not ?? I don’t know how to explain it and idk what’s happening or who I am anymore
