every time I hear someone pretend that poly and cucking are the same thing (or even reasonably comparable) I die a little on the inside. No, there’s nothing humiliating to me about my partners having autonomy. Sorry, but it’s just not the same.

I like to say I'm in an ethically monogamous relationship bc why is it that polyamorous people are the only ones who are expected to say their dynamic centers ethics? I know plenty of unethical monogamous couples and I think a lot of monogamous relationship expectations are unhealthy. Side note I don't identify as monogamous or polyamorous, I'm just vibing and my current relationship is mono but I've had polyamorous relationships before.

Theres a large portion of the community who are territorial in their own relationship and tend to shame us by saying things like “ oh I bet you guys don’t really love each other because no actual couple would be OK with sharing” like stfuuu i love bae sm id share fineshyt w them😋
