it's so frustrating because i know that if they actually cared about helping trans people get HRT and were interested in sw they'd seek out trans sw-ers but they don't! because they're interested targeting in naïve and unsupported individuals and pressuring them into sexual acts.

exactly, “if they wanted to hire a SWer then they’d just hire a SWer” is something I frequently find myself repeating on here. otherwise the manipulation / coercion is necessarily on some level a deliberate motivator
