I’m not sure what to say to the“I don’t like trans women” people because they often insinuate they’re either not women or that they all have dicks. it’s feels like diet transphobia, but idk if I’m overthinking it (Hookup Horror Stories post for context)

like I get it if it’s an “I want kids” thing, but it seems like people assume bottom surgery doesn’t work or makes it somehow feel different from cis women (and speaking from experience, everyone is different, trans or not). it seems like an excuse or an uninformed assumption.

i think sexual and romantic attraction are definitely separate and maybe some people just aren’t attracted to one or the other down there (i’m bi so not really sure if this is true, but i’m somewhere on the ace spectrum and i know i can form romantic bonds muuuch easier than sexual. it really is separate)

I personally don’t like dick either, it’s not rly something you can control. But to just assume all trans women have a dick is gross. It’s one thing to have preferences, it’s another to generalize a diverse population into a single category

also this was the post, which seems fine at first but the OP seems to consistently assume that trans girl = dick which is super ick on its own
