I love that you’re getting help to improve yourself on the inside!! While therapy can help start the process of healing, life itself truly does revitalize you. I recommend getting into hiking, walks, and reading just to reconnect with nature and yourself. Yoga could be really nice. Personally being alone and finding content with yourself first it’s important before seeking other people’s company, and those things helped me find that in myself personally. I hope this helps!

Friends bc I’ve known her for many years even before we started dating. I’ve tried dating other ppl but I think I’m still in love with her. I’m not sure what to do bc I feel like she deserves better but I’m just not sure what to do

Yeah I’ve been going to therapy and am now on Prozac

that's good! that's definitely a step in the right direction. id say dont go for anything until u feel ur at the point where you can give her better.
