Maybe a silly question, but does anyone know what days people celebrate pride in nyc? i go home during the summer but would like to come up to celebrate. what days do you guys recommend?

June 28th. Just be prepared it’s one of the most insane days in the city, ive lived here my whole life, Christmas time and new years is the only competition. Prices get insane. But its fun lol

Yeah I’ve lived here for a few years now and I definitely think the days around NYC pride are more chaotic than anything else

One year I had a concert same day that my friends and I wanted to camp out for but we were on the other side of the city, a normal 40 minute walk was 3 hours and at the end of the night we just wanted to uber but it was almost $300 for like less than 5 miles maybe
