pissing after sex pushes out most of the bacteria in case any made their way in, still a good idea even if you use a condom, reduces UTI risk. it's possible to get a UTI just from insufficient dick washing hygeine, albeit rare, but anal involves direct exposure to e coli and other ass bacteria that do not belong in your dick
