
i feel like this specific discourse has so much to do with how trans men are not taken seriously in queer spaces simply because they’re men. the phenomenon where people seemingly equate trans men to cis men, and act like our experience with being a man should not be allowed to coincide with our inherent connection to femininity and feminine labels, despite growing up being perceived that way.
