Fitted plain tee or bodysuit, and plain sneakers or boots. Personally, I’d go with white for the top and either white sneakers or black boots. Whatever you do, make the rest as plain as possible to really let the pants shine

Tuck the tee, and go for an artsy belt if you can find one. I’d say gold/bronze for the color scheme here
