Same time zone :) depending on what time you normally go to bed and steps needed I think you could dye hair, but I’d hold off if you have to bleach and dye bc that takes up to two hours for me and includes showering twice wich by the time it’s ten pm you do not want to do that

slay lol, but that’s a good point regarding bleaching 😭; i usually don’t sleep until way later into the night so i shall consider still 👀… (also ty!!)
