A lot of yall seem to be confused so let me clear this up. There is nothing wrong with lesbians having a preference for other lesbians. However, if the ONLY reason you will not date a person is their sexuality then you are biphobic.

I think ppl don’t get that les4les is a *preference,* it doesn’t necessarily mean someone with that preference would never date a bi person. Same with t4t, bi4bi, etc like the nuance that gets lost is if someone says they’re seeking a partner of a common identity it doesn’t mean they aren’t attracted to people outside of the identity or that they necessarily wouldn’t date someone outside of the identity, it’s just that it’s less likely because they have a preference for a lesbian partner

That’s why les4les (as it should be) doesn’t really have anything to do with someone’s sexual history (lots of lesbians have previous sexual experiences with men, lots of bi women don’t) if it’s actually les4les it’s about common identity. But having that preference doesn’t mean someone wouldn’t pursue a relationship with someone they otherwise really liked just cause they were bi, and if someone used that as a reason, they probably either didn’t really like you or they are actually a biphobe.
