I managed to pull my mom out of it by showing her the play by play that was Alex Pretti’s execution. They need literally anyone else besides Fox News to tell them what’s happening bc these ppl continuously absorb propaganda. They don’t know anything besides the propaganda. They’re not seeking enlightenment, but it’s my responsibility to try to show them the truth

good for you. i showed my dad the play by play and he cheered. over half the people you're trying to change don't want to change, because they wanted this. good on u for trying though

I haven’t attempted with my father. He’s a white man, my mother is a POC. But being able to even just convince her has given me hope. White people can’t handle accountability, I understand that. There are ppl who are literal nazis n supporters of slave catchers, and I can concede that they will not be convinced. But the effort still needs to be made. I commend you for attempting with ur dad. That’s a step I have unfortunately been unable to yet take
