 literally hate when some lgbtq+ bash poly relationships bc of subtle & unrealized religious brainwashing having them believe that monogamy should be the standard. monogamy is heteronormative and has no place in the Igbtq+ community 🤦🏼‍♀️

just noticed i kinda worded it poorly, but i mean a monogamy standard has no place. im certainly all for people choosing but don’t bash or make fun of people in poly relationships. i see so many fellow lgbtq+ stereotyping polys

This is not at all what your original post conveys. I see what you are saying but you said, “monogamy is heteronormative and has no place in the lgbtq+ community.” I have had poly queer men try to tell me as a lesbian that I should include them in my relationship so it’s less heteronormative and more queer. One of them even hit me for me asking him to respect my relationship. I think saying “monogamy is heteronormative and has no place in the lgbtq community” is dangerous rhetoric
