I think so. NYC is really liberal and NY has consistently been a state which protects abortion rights, gay marriage rights, etc. As a lesbian who grew up there, I’m planning on moving back the second I’m done with my degree. But we all have different opinions :> I hope wherever you choose to live is accepting and safe for you :)

That’s true, thankfully I’m not leaving NY state, just moving elsewhere in the state that’s cheaper and has a quieter lifestyle
