“Best panties to buy for trans women?” One of the ladies on there said to focus on what you think looks the best and that could be applied to just about anyone. And if all else fails maybe trying to buy up a size vs what you normally get. I know when getting an anything you need to measure bust waist and hips so when it comes to underwear try measuring your wrist and hips in addition to bulge I guess.
