I just don’t understand what ur problem is with people wanting friends and using dating apps that allow “looking for friends” as a option.

The issue is that even though there is a looking for friends side of dating app. They will flock to the dating side and put in their caption looking for friends 😔 I want to find people who are romantically interested in me. If they’re demisexual, that’s fine, they can say “hey I need a emotional connection to have sex with someone but I’m looking for romance”
