I see so much distain for bisexual people, people who are genderqueer but not trans, and it’s so fucking annoying and chronically online. I’m active in queer spaces irl and it’s so much better than this. The lesbian yikyak is so much more relaxed than this mess and I don’t know why.

Right! Like why am I seeing this shit in a place that’s supposed to be kind and inclusive to queer people? “We don’t tolerate bigotry” but they’re all arguing about if bi or aro/ace or certain genderqueer people are valid. Like holy shit. Every three posts is something awful.

Idk if we have moderators on lesbian sex advice (yes that’s what it’s called) but people are generally kind and chill. Theres one freak every once in a while and a cis man infestation but they’re easy to spot, block, and avoid. Not here tho.

there used to be but she’s not active anymore. also I’ve had really bad experiences with transphobia and patronizing over there but maybe it got better idk

Awh darn I’m really sorry to hear that. I’m not sure if it’s gotten better because I haven’t been on there for long. It’s exhausting seeing this discourse that divides us. Some discourse is fair but most are things that shouldn’t be argued about in these kinds of spaces (like should we get mad at a bisexual celebrity for being bisexual lmfao) All it does is separate which makes us easier to be oppressed in this climate
