Every time a nb person reverts to their assigned gender at birth when they get into a relationship because they think they’ll be more accepted, an angel loses their wings 😔

sometimes i worry that people think i did this when in reality i’m still nonbinary i just enjoy dressing femme and wearing makeup. being referred to as a girl or with exclusively she/her pronouns still makes me feel icky but i don’t correct people bc it’s too much work

I became both more feminine and more masculine as I realized my partner was truly fine with me being genderfluid.

used to stand heavily against this until i realized it was happening to me. bit dif bc im not nb, but a cis-woman (she/they/them) who got w a religious guy and stopped correcting ppl using the her pronoun, muting masc traits, and separating from queer spaces. if sumn does it bc they want to, obv its the right move, but if they heavily influenced by their partner, it isnt actually their choice in the long run, the partner made that decision for them :(

same thing happened w my best friend as well. now we are both single and happy in our skin and sexuality again. long story short, queer ppl deserve love that supports them as they are, not what they could/should be
