common/old joke on the internet to treat being French as a bad thing (e.g. including French in a list of trigger warnings). I think it’s making fun of colonial-era nationalist stuff between Britain and French when they actually hated each other but idk

Ohh thank you!! One thing I like about the French is how they protest at the drop of a hat. It gets things done.
