i do, yes. almost every company and product we use today has at some point done stupid shit, otherwise they wouldn’t be mega corporations. it is physically impossible in this modern age to avoid every product that doesn’t have ties to bad things

ty for answering. do you feel the same about other problematic companies that are being boycotted? like starbucks or mcdonald’s

that’s exactly my reasoning, like I am not in a financial situation where I can afford to boycott anything. like it would actually be impossible to live. I feel extremely guilty about giving the little money I do have to these corporations, but they are like ALL corrupt :’) what can I do atp

i think people who are able to boycott absolutely everything come from a position of privilege and money. you gotta do what you gotta do to get through every day and save the money you have. obviously i don’t go out of my way to support these companies, but avoiding some of them takes more energy and effort than i can afford atm

I don't go to those either, but I feel like Chik fil A is SO loud about their homophobia that if you (not you personally ofc) can't make the decision that you'd rather support your community than eat a chicken sandwich, then there are really no standards at all

I mean no one is asking you to boycott everything but it’s not hard to boycott chick fil a because there are so many other options
