REAL as a trans guy that wants phallo someday hell yeah man it’s so rare to see people talking abt it 😭 Best of luck! I’m waiting till I finish grad school and have a job, or I can move bc I paid 10k out of pocket for top surgery and I definitely can’t do that for bottom surgery 💔

literally we need to be talking about it (and other ftm bottom surgery options) more!! just found out my job’s insurance is actually pretty good despite paying us pennies. i’d planned to do it more gradually just while i can afford it/manage time off, i already have my hysto consult scheduled. absolutely could not swing any of it out of pocket.
