Also (personal experience incoming): I am a man, I have felt lonely despite the fact that I have friends and family that care for me. I try not to take them for granted and I’m trying to open up more about my feelings. It’s actually helped a bit,

So I’m not gonna use this as a blanket experience but that’s literally what I’ve been doing and that’s what this post is about. Honestly I’ve been having a tough time on it and I was hoping that I could find some encouragement or advice but all I’ve gotten on this post is hate, and if you think this is “red pill” nonsense or whatever the hell you’re talking about then I don’t know what to tell you
