What is childish about it? Like i think theres a lot of descriptors but its so broad im not sure if telling neoliberals to grow up means anything if its a broad socioeconomic regime

The enemy of neoliberalism is critical thought, which is inherently mature. Running on a bit of an overgeneralization, neoliberals don’t believe in systemic change (or at least, that systemic change is bad). This is childish; it’s what we tell kids so they shut up and obey their parents and go to school and whatever. This also comes with a kindergarten level understanding of bigotry, which I don’t really have the space to get into here.
