Where for some people if you frame it in a heterosexual lens they fully understand the problem but once you explain it again with two women now people are confused. It’s just so annoying bc yes women can in fact cause harm to other women and refusing to acknowledge that in these relationships is just helping make it worse and if we’re talking about misogyny then it should be noted that defending a woman being abusive/toxic towards another woman just because she’s a woman is incredibly pt2.

Its either "most lesbians are domestic abusers" or "wow it must be so nice dating a pure and good woman instead of an evil and bad man" or "its giving internalized misogyny or transmisogyny" which is so frustrating when i confide in someone about being domestically abused :(
