Is there a label for a sexuality that is attracted to all genders except cisgender men? It isn’t the penis I dislike, it’s the audacity.

There’s no reason why some trans men wouldn’t also be capable of having “the audacity” or why some cis men wouldn’t be capable of not having it, so I don’t understand how this “sexuality” would truly work.

No, it’s not. Maybe you haven’t met enough trans men.

exactly. this is just really weird gender essentialism. like, is OP attracted to men or not?? as a trans man i’d never want to be with someone who wouldn’t also date cis men… because i want to be with someone attracted to *men*, not someone who thinks i’m part of a super special separate category.

Cisgender men are raised with values of entitlement that make relationships with them difficult and unappealing. Cis and trans men are both men, but have different lived experiences that change how they act.

I understood that this was the angle you’re coming from. And I understand that there are usually differences in how cis and trans men are brought up that can affect worldview and actions. But applying this blanket generalization as an automatic rule for all cis and trans men is just too black and white a view to actually reflect reality. There are plenty of cis men who are perfectly respectable human beings, and plenty of trans men who are misogynistic, entitled assholes.
