Coming to terms with the fact that ill lose most of my family when i reveal im a lesbian… AND in a relationship with a woman, no less a trans woman, is not something im looking forward to

I've thought about this scenario a lot like would they be more mad because it's more gay for someone to be both trans and a lesbian or would the transphobia supersede and they'd just be like "you're not even gay"

hey, im honest to god (crazy enough) going through nearly the same thing. its terrifying, but those who love you will always love you, ESPECIALLY when you are your true self. if you lose them; they were worth losing. family is more than just blood, and ive found mine by being who i am and loving who i love. its more fulfilling than pretending to be someone youre not for the comfort of people who are supposed to love you no matter what.

Thats what im worried about. Them dismissing both my sexuality because of it as well as the added layer of transphobia.
