This is from research on trans people. It’s about the abuse that trans/nb people experience from others. (I’m trans btw) The Williams Institute is a major research institute in support of queer folks

I don’t think that was what was being implied To me at least, it just seemed a bit strange to share such a dark (triggering) statistic on us without any caption or context in a general lgbt+ group
