May be controversial but I also wish we would stop kink shaming and understanding a pretend situation does not mean you enjoy an actual crime that hurts people on the daily. What consenting adults do imo shouldn’t matter much as long as everyone is okay

Hot take but what consenting adults do behind closed doors is none of my business. Not to mention the fact that many of those ‘problematic’ kinks are actually a form of trauma response and help people with their trauma, as weird as it sounds.

it’s always rubbed me the wrong way when people actively sexually seek out pretending to be a younger age. i understand roleplaying scenarios like based on their role (ex. professor and student) where you may have a different age regardless but idk. maybe someone can explain it to me

It’s just what people like genuinely, even I can’t explain it more than that , a lot of kinks are unexplainable but long standing as in existing before most of us have been alive , It’s about innocence, power dynamic etc and alot of people who indulge in it have some sort of childhood trauma and it helps them heal , just like how a lot of 🍇 victims are also into cnc

which i definitely understand as someone who can attest to the trauma connection. i just never understood why the sexual part about it had to involve actively aging yourself down in behavior. giving traditionally youthful attitudes a sexual connotation just doesn’t seem appropriate morally. maybe i don’t understand the kink enough
