no because you can’t just simplify complex fractions like that, and without parentheses there’s no way to know whether the complex fraction is in the numerator or the denominator. for the sake of ease, assuming the numerator holds the complex fraction, it would have to be split into (she/they)*(he/1) and from there simplified into (s/ty)*(he) = (s*he)/ty = she/ty
