it's a type of tape used to bind! it's really similar to like athletic tape, think the stuff gymnasts wrap around their knees sometimes. when used to bind it's just like one piece on each breast to tape them down, though, not wrapped around the chest fully (which would be mega unsafe bc of pressure on the ribs). you can also use it to tuck i think but idk the specifics on that since it's less relevant to me lol
