Preference is fine, as long as you’re polite and respectful about conveying it! (But if it’s just people with vaginas you’re attracted to, then you’re not attracted to only women, as other people also have vaginas.) Many trans women also have vaginas. Lesbianism does not exclude any “variety” of woman, but you are never obligated to be with someone you’re not attracted to.
