by definition, yes, but in social setting the connotations with it (like, the "unofficial meaning" basically) means it's usually only used when sexualizing a character or person. searching for "feminine men" will get more sfw results!

as someone who’s friends with multiple femboys, its not a sexual thing. its a way people who are feminine boys describe themselves. some people also associate the word trans with porn. just because some weirdos exist doesn’t mean the word is defined by them. its defined by the majority use case

if i go to google and search "femboys", the results will most likely be nsfw. searching "feminine men" on the other hand, will typically be sfw. im not saying you're wrong at all, i agree that a lot of feminine men use femboy non sexually! but in this scenario the better term to use to find results better suiting what op is looking for is feminine men.
