what if I’m in a fb comment argument with a “teacher” that is being racist, transphobic and claiming liberals are what caused h*tler, AND found that she was arrested for family violence, and more hateful things online. Do I report this to her school

Even considering they def know about the charges there’s every chance she doesn’t have the best job security and that students have been complaining about transphobia and racism from her and you reporting her with screenshots might help those students get her out of their lives

Oh i have screenshots and her mugshot. Mostly concerned if I’ll get in trouble for relaying true information about someone to their workplace where it directly relates. I know her grad school she’s attending, but don’t mind sending emails to all the schools/districts in her area ❤️

I had people out of this group tell me no. To leave it on Facebook. Mind my business. That it’s taking it too far. Im also worried about legal ramifications to myself for sharing the information, even if it’s true. So kindly please dont be such a pr*ck

Charge was 2008 and the school was after so they would have known from self disclosure, or background. And he was hired. What’s ur argument on thst

the teacher is also in your words, “racist, transphobic, and believing liberals caused hitler” why are you so offended by a blunt comment that you start defending the teacher YOU considered reporting in the first place? people have lost their teaching licenses for a hell of a lot less

also what legal ramifications are you facing for reporting someone’s misconduct? how would the teacher even know it was you in a solid enough way to serve you a lawsuit? the school isn’t gonna tell them who it was, all they’ll have is the knowledge that it was probably you, but that simply doesn’t hold up in court.
