Ah I see the problem here. You assume that people base their arguments and beliefs on data; it’s typically the other way around. People tend only to look at data that supports their beliefs. What you want is a public capable of critical thought, which is just not what we have right now. Making one is a generational process that is being actively sabotaged at every corner on every level,
