How do you explain when you’re a gay cis-man, but are a trans woman who doesn’t want to transition ? Any help?

This is an interesting concept of gender that is probably more abstract than what most people are used to. Find an identity that you feel comfortable, confident, and true to yourself in. Don’t ever feel the need to explain or justify yourself to anyone. Cause at the end of the day what matters is how you feel, not how other people perceive you.

Right that would imply I want to change my body

nah, not every transfem wants to change her body. it can be an individual need for a lot of women but that’s still not a universal, or basic criteria for being trans. plus you can totally live as both a trans woman and a queer man! I’m bigender myself

if you want, you can keep your presentation fluid in day-to-day life. but also imo you don’t have to look any particular way to Live As a given gender. I just bring that up because for me, it’s a source of joy and affirmation getting to move through the world being seen as multiple different genders by strangers
