
I’m so sorry, I have also been through a similar experience and I have spent a lot of time in therapy working through it. The conclusion that I have come to is that saying no should be enough, and if you push back on someone’s no, you are not a safe person to be around. It just sucks that no is not as respected as it should be
Literally like you should just be able to say no to sex. Like I hate when they frame it as purity culture bc most of the times I say no it’s bc I can tell that having sex would cause a panic attack due to my ptsd. I just like hate how it isn’t uncommon for lgbtq+ ppl to have this experience especially with other lgbtq+ ppl
