lesbians (and queer people in general) can misplace their frustration with outside invalidation by attacking others that don’t fit their own idea of lesbianism/queerness to make themselves feel better about their own sexuality. kind of like toxic masculinity where they emasculate other men who don’t fit their idea of manhood to make themselves seem more manly

I don’t know my guess is that some people aren’t at the emotional maturity level to understand. It would be fine if only they would not make it the world’s problem
