you could ask this in “trans talk” and probably reach more of the demographic you’re looking for

voted “none”, but to elaborate: majority of post-recovery photos for all available options just do not look like what I want for my body. there are plenty of individual examples that I’d consider enviable / aspirational, but results of that caliber just aren’t reliable at this point in time—there’s still too many variables re: surgeon skill and anatomical factors, seems like we have a long way to go in terms of perfecting these surgeries on the FTM side

As a trans man with really bad bottom dysphoria, the results are so surprising to me. I get that not everyone is as desperately wishing for bottom surgery, but I also didn't expect the split to be THIS BIG. Is bottom dysphoria less of a thing among trans men?

To be fair it’s 16 vs 11 so far. I also think some people may not know what’s out there/they want it. I didn’t know I wanted it till I heard someone else talk about bottom dysphoria and realised I didn’t have to hate it to be dysphoric, but the strange feeling of being overly aware of it existing is also dysphoria on some level, and that may be able to be changed I think it may be less of a thing, or people just aren’t aware of what fully healed bottom surgery looks like

That makes sense. I was just a little shocked to see that it wasn’t even 50/50, but knowing people might not even be aware of the options could definitely affect it

nah, I’m pretty sure it’s that a lot of us who Do have bottom dysphoria just have reasons for not wanting to pursue surgery over it
