Are you a bad person if you eat at Chick-fil-A and you don’t have a legitimate excuse like that’s the only thing available?

I don’t think it’s as simple as it making you a “bad person” because ultimately it’s just one act and you’re someone who has a whole life outside of eating at chick-fil-a. But it is a bad act. And it does speak to your willingness to excuse other people’s suffering for your own benefit.

no but why would you want to give a homophobic company money for extremely mid chicken?

Yes. It’s not just about beliefs. They actively donate money to corporations and facilities that literally torture and imprison LGBTQ+ people. When you eat there, you are donating money to allow more LGBTQ+ people to be imprisoned, tortured, and even killed. Which means you either don’t care, or you actively support that. No chicken is that good.

Some people think it’s mid. I wouldn’t know. But why do you say that you’re not a bad person when you mentioned the reason why so many people don’t want to support them (the homophobia).
