i’ve binded for years, but i’ve just noticed the pattern that my acid reflux gets horrendous when i do (i used to bind almost every day, so i didn’t question my acid reflux being bad 24/7) :(

As a trans guy with GERD (caused by untreated chronic reflux, worsened by tight clothing and makeshift binders) this is one of the worst feelings sjdjffjd cant have shit in detroit

Talk to your doctor about it and see if you can get omeprazole. Dont have a doctor? Try prilosec, and double the dosage if 20mg isnt enough

yeah i got diagnosed with gerd when i was a literal newborn- so ive been going on and off of reflux meds for my entire life, cause they can cause osteoporosis and stuff long term :/
