because this wasnt mentioned USE BABY OIL TO REMOVE YOUR TRANSTAPE!! if u feel it itch or irritated, do not scratch because it will cause blisters. Instead, if its itchy and u want to leave it on, put some unscented moisturizer on the area where its irritated and it should subside. however, when u want to remove it, USE BABY OIL it will deactivate the adhesive

If you take it off without a removal agent, use some vaseline or antibiotic ointment on the red/torn up parts of your skin. It’ll ease the pain, and like other people say, use baby oil to take the tape off!!

YES!!! Buy rolls of cotton KT tape (on or off brand doesn’t really matter). It is the exact same thing, it’s just not marketed as trans tape. Do not expect it to make you totally flat, it will not unless you have a very small chest already.

When you’re applying it, cover your nips with gauze. FULLY cover them, it hurts like a bitch to rip adhesive off them. Apply starting at the chest, and pull your boobs to the side towards your armpits. Start at the bottom of and go up, and if you have to, angle the end of the tape slightly down and overlap if you have a lot of armpit hair to avoid

Don’t pull too hard when laying your tape down because the area on your chest between your boops will get too tight. I recommend using lotion there because it will get especially dry. There is no avoiding mild skin irritation, so expect some itch. If it’s painful, get in the shower and take the bandages off.

leave the baby oil on for at least 15-30 minutes but i usually wait an hour. it will not irritate ur skin and just come right off after the adhesive deactivates
