who is saying this 😭 I didn't get lectured about taking calcium while on birth control for people to say hormones don't change bones lol also estrogen + progesterone are linked to increased flexibility which can be a problem especially if you're already hypermobile 👀

Hey, so, actually it can because it impacts every part of the body in some capacity, including muscles and tendons and, yes, even bone density and sometimes structure depending on the body’s growth and age. I’m in good health, have had screenings and X-rays, I’m good to go. It’s a change needing to be adjusted to. I know my body, and I know how powerful hormones can be.
