You said not every single trans man has experienced misogyny. Read what i said. I said are you suggesting that someONE who is assigned female could possibly go through life without experiencing patriarchy and misogyny? Unless you are born in the woods with wolves, we experience social constructs against us everyday. Are you saying a black person could realistically exist in todays world and not experience racism? Im black and thats simply not possible.
You said that not every single trans man had experienced misogyny. Reread what you said. I dont need to ask every trans man if theyve experienced misogyny at one point in their life. They HAVE because i understand social constructs and how misogyny works. I understand how racism works. I don’t NEED to ask every trans man. Thats like when discussing racism saying “well have you ASKED every poc if theyve experienced racism??”. Its not a necessary step because its an accepted fact.
Trans men ARE included in conversations about misogyny because they have EXPERIENCED it at least at one point in their life and may still continue to do so. No one is forcing them into these conversations. They are welcome in these conversations and often their experiences help us understand misogyny better. Just grow up and let people identify themselves.
