I’m not a girl anymore but some things that might help are a different lipstick shade, something with a less orange-y undertone, and maybe a mascara or something to accentuate them? Your eyebrows are really nice and full but shaping them so they’re more of a gradient might help. That’s how I used to do my makeup at least lol. Best of luck to you! u look gorgeous! For your first time ur makeup looks good I would just not go for the bright red and look at some lip combo tutorials. I think a softer pink would look nice and u can never go wrong with matching ur lips with ur blush
