ik this isn’t a serious post but imo personally i feel like what made heated rivalry special for the mlm community was the fact that a lot of sports spaces can be very homophobic because of toxic masculinity whereas queer women take on a lot sports related spaces. if we did get a sports show like hr i feel like ballet/dance or ice skating are probably the only ones that would have that level of pressure. maybe even a beauty pageants show.
