i see what you’re trying to say. here’s the thing, i have dated men before, but considering gender roles in a heterosexual relationship, i was never the one to make the decision. i’m not pretending that lesbians don’t have real encounters and different experiences, that’s why i asked EVERYONE. i grew up in a religious household in the rural south so i am only accustomed to “traditional relationships”, and obviously lesbians do not participate in gender roles. does that make sense?
