I’m genuinely confused on why it is so hard to treat idols nicely. I’m talking about companies. I was a directioner before and now I’m a K-pop fan. Left and right I’ve been hearing how companies don’t treat idols correctly. I’m confused on why it’s hard:(

It’s fundamentally how the industry is built, that’s why ALL kpop companies are inherently bad, no matter how “ethical” a small few may attempt to be in very select aspects of their operations
