True but is there proof they’re planning on being shelved? I just don’t want to go with anything without proof in this case since there’s so much being said like a telephone game

ador is going to have to work on turning the pr around but i doubt theyd go through all that work to bring them back only to shelve them. they could have rightfully terminated everyones contract if they just wanted to be rid of the baggage newjeans is bringing back with them, if the remaining members are fully invested and willing i think they could turn around and continue making music. the members just need to do a lot to earn back the trust of the public.

I don’t mean actually shelving, I kind of mean it in the sense like they could be a group but they get little to no funding, they aren’t promoted, and are just a last thought when compared to other groups. I can’t remember their name but ik another group has been/is currently going through something like that.

Are u referring to fromis9? They’ve had issues with pledis for a very long time, pledis having sh1tty management and resourcing/allocation is how hybe managed to acquire the label at all- trust me afterschool is one of the first groups I’ve ever stanned the hate for pledis runs deep for me 😭

Also we don’t know anything about ADORs current management, and ADOR is the individual label responsible for all of that, the same way it’s belift for Illit, source for leserrafim, pledis for fromis9 etc. I hope they are treated well but I feel like we just have to wait and see. Hopefully not, but IF they are truly shelved and mismanaged then the girls can easily sue with proof in court and finally leave

As I’m aware, ador is currently under a new ceo but it’s hard to tell how they’ll work since they haven’t done much since they haven’t had a comeback or any activities under them. Hopefully, they’ll actually take care of the girls and treat them well
